BIRD WORLD RETURN POLICY

Returns
You may return an item within 15 calendar days from the date it was received.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided.
If your order qualified for free shipping, please note that Olive Macaw Parrots Farm incurred the shipping cost to deliver your items. Therefore, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Live Animals
Refunds are not offered on live animals. Our birds are limited in availability. Once a deposit is placed on a bird, that bird is removed from our sales inventory; therefore, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to take delivery of the specific bird reserved, your deposit may be transferred as store credit.
Live Bird Shipping
Olive Macaw Parrots Farm ships live birds only when temperatures at both the departure and arrival locations are between 30°F and 85°F. All birds are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition. If a health concern is observed upon arrival, you must notify Exotic Global Parrots Farm within 6 hours of the recorded delivery time to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
