By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You agree to comply with all local and international regulations regarding exotic animal ownership.

2. Health Guarantee

We prioritize the health and well-being of all birds and eggs shipped from our facility.

  • All birds and fertile eggs are delivered with health and vaccination certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian.

  • We guarantee that all birds and eggs are healthy, disease-free, and fit for transport at the time of shipping.

  • Clients are responsible for providing proper care, handling, and a safe environment upon receiving their birds or eggs.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the client’s location and shipping conditions.

  • Birds and eggs are shipped through authorized and certified animal transport services.

  • Once shipped, the client will be provided with tracking information and delivery instructions.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of live animals and fertile eggs, our return policy is designed to ensure the welfare and safety of the birds and eggs.

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

A return may only be requested under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 working days from the date the bird or eggs were delivered.

  • A valid reason is provided, such as:

    • Wrong species delivered

4.2 Conditions for Approval

  • The bird or eggs must be returned in good health and proper condition.

  • If approved, replacement or partial refund terms will be provided based on the situation.

4.3 Non-returnable Items

  • Birds or eggs that have been mishandled, improperly cared for, or injured after arrival.

  • Fertile eggs that fail to hatch due to incubation or environmental issues beyond our control.

5. Abandonment Policy

If a client abandons the bird or eggs during shipping, refuses to receive the shipment, or fails to provide the necessary information for delivery:

  • The bird or eggs will be transferred to a registered pet abandonment law service for proper handling and rehoming.

  • No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.

  • Additional fees incurred due to abandonment may be charged to the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information.

  • Be available to receive the shipment on the scheduled arrival date.

  • Ensure proper housing, nourishment, climate conditions, and care for the bird or eggs after delivery.

  • Comply with all local wildlife, import/export, and exotic pet regulations.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may void any guarantees or return eligibility.

  • Illnesses caused by improper care after delivery.

  • Damages or loss occurring due to mishandling after the bird or eggs have arrived.

  • Delays caused by transport services, customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
